From centrifuge repair to centrifuge experts
Ray Morris, Jr. began his career in centrifuge repair in 1996. After working his way up from sweeping floors to becoming the Shop Foreman at various employers throughout his career, Ray decided to go into business for himself in 2004 and founded Vision Machine.
From 2004 to 2006, the company was a centrifuge repair facility only. In 2006, Vision Machine branched out into the manufacture and design aspect of centrifuges with the goal being to provide a simply better product, by design.
Since adding manufacturing to the company’s capabilities, our solids discharge design has revolutionized the wear performance of our machines. As of 2021, Vision Machine, Inc. proudly has over 125 machines utilizing their patented design in the field today.

Ray Morris
Founder & President
From humble beginnings in the north Houston suburbs, Ray had a vision to eliminate the shortcomings of the current decanter centrifuges on the market by building a fit for purpose machine that was robust, serviceable and truly “made in America”.
Utilizing the knowledge garnered through his years involved in equipment repair, that vision has been realized at their 48,000 square foot facility located on 3 ½ acres in Spring, Texas.
Ray continues to evolve the state of decanter centrifuge technology through detailed analysis of failure modalities across a broad range of equipment from operators that utilize Vision Machine as their preferred repair and refurbishment provider.
Erin Brown
Office Manager
A 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University, Erin oversees all back-office functions necessary to manage the complex markets, diverse client needs and equipment offerings that Vision Machine provides.
Through her detailed management of the overall business, financial and marketing activities, Erin ensures that the client’s needs are kept at the forefront of our operations.
